由此可见，在减肥手术后，使用体重调整的亭扎肝素进行延长的血栓预防治疗似乎是一种安全的策略，其术后VTE和大出血的发生率较低。

接受减肥手术的患者具有中度至高度发生静脉血栓栓塞（VTE）的风险。抗凝血预防治疗的最佳剂量和持续时间尚未确定。近日，血栓和凝血疾病权威杂志Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis上发表了一篇研究文章，该研究旨在评估减肥手术后长时间体重调整的给予亭扎肝素治疗的安全性。 

研究人员对连续就诊的接受减肥手术的患者进行了一项单中心回顾性队列研究，这些患者在减肥手术后10天内每天接受体重调整的亭扎肝素4500-14000 IU（75IU/kg），出院治疗7-9天。该研究的主要安全性结局是接受至少一次亭扎肝素治疗的患者在手术后30天内发生VTE和大出血的频率。

研究人员对2009年7月至2012年12月期间接受减肥手术的1279名患者进行了复查，其中1212名患者接受了体重调整的亭扎肝素治疗。在术后30天时收集了819名患者的安全性结局，仅有1212名患者收集了住院期间的安全性结局。受试者中位年龄为45.0岁，中位体重为130.0 kg，98.8％的患者接受胃旁路手术或袖状胃切除术。在完成30天随访的患者中，VTE发生比例为4/819（0.5％），大出血发生比例为13/819（1.6％）。住院期间，VTE和大出血的发生比例分别为3/1212（0.2％）和22/1212（1.8％）。

由此可见，在减肥手术后，使用体重调整的亭扎肝素进行延长的血栓预防治疗似乎是一种安全的策略，其术后VTE和大出血的发生率较低。
