JAMA Neurol：备孕癫痫女性生育能力及结果

研究认为非活跃期癫痫女性的生殖能力与常人相同，后代的活产率也没有差异

之前研究发现，癫痫女性(WWE)其生育率降低，但无法认定是生理因素还是社会因素造成的这一现象。近日研究人员考察了非不孕等相关疾病WWE在非癫痫发作状态下的生育能力。

本次研究为观察性研究，随访21个月，考察WWE患者与非癫痫对照志愿者生育能力差异。18-40岁育龄女性参与研究，考察药物、癫痫、性活动和月经造成的生育能力差异。研究的主要终点是试验开始后12个月内怀孕率，次要终点是备孕到怀孕时间及胎儿活产率。

197人参与研究，其中WWE患者89人，对照组108人，平均年龄分别为31.9岁和31.1岁。WWE组中54人怀孕(60.7%)而对照组为65人(60.2%)。调整后组间备孕到怀孕时间无显著差异（WWE组平均时间6个月 vs 对照组9个月）。组间性活动和排卵率无显著差异。WWE组活产率为81.5%，与对照组相同。

研究认为非活跃期癫痫女性的生殖能力与常人相同，后代的活产率也没有差异。
