J Clin Periodontol：乳双歧杆菌HN019可作为治疗慢性牙周炎的辅助剂

研究招募了41位慢性牙周炎患者，并在基线时（SRP之前）以及SRP后30天和90天进行了临床，免疫和微生物学监测。所有患者均随机分为试验组（SRP +益生菌，n = 20）或对照组（SRP +安慰剂，n = 21）。益生菌锭剂每天使用两次，持续30天。

 

结果显示，在90天时，测试组的牙周探诊深度降低，临床附着增益明显高于对照组。与对照组相比，测试组还显示出红色和橙色复合物的牙周病原体明显减少，并且促炎细胞因子水平更低。仅测试组在30天和90天时在龈下生物膜上显示了乳酸杆菌HN019 DNA拷贝数的增加。

 

总之，该研究结果表明，使用乳双歧杆菌HN019作为SRP的辅助剂可改善慢性牙周炎的临床，微生物和免疫学益处。
