冠心病(CHD)是世界范围内的主要死亡原因,其发病机制已引起广泛关注。代谢组学是近年来诊断疾病和探索其发病机制的重要工具。在本研究中,通过将冠心病患者与正常人进行比较来阐明与冠状动脉狭窄严重程度线性相关的生物标志物。

冠心病(CHD)是世界范围内的主要死亡原因,其发病机制已引起广泛关注。代谢组学是近年来诊断疾病和探索其发病机制的重要工具。在本研究中,通过将冠心病患者与正常人进行比较来阐明与冠状动脉狭窄严重程度线性相关的生物标志物。

采用超高效液相色谱-四极飞行时间质谱联用技术(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)分析冠心病患者和正常人的尿液代谢物。131例患者中,冠状动脉狭窄50-69%27例,70-89%22例,90-99%29例,100%24例,正常者29例。

研究共鉴定出14个与冠心病相关的潜在标志物,其中4个标志物与冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度呈线性相关。代谢途径包括氨基酸代谢、脂肪酸代谢、能量代谢等。

本研究明确了可能参与冠心病发生发展的生物标志物和代谢途径,为今后更好地诊断和治疗冠心病奠定了理论基础。
