结果:研究者评估了992例患者(平均年龄为74±12.6岁,52.9%为男性),其中408例(41%)进行了磁共振成像检查。26例患者(2.6%)有rPH,8例(0.8%)有rPH和pH,58(5.8%)有PH和900例(90.7%)无出血并发症。脑叶微出血(OR,8;95%CI,2.3-27.2)和最近无症状缺血(比值比,4.8;95%置信区间,1.6-14.1 RPH)增加rPH的风险。

结论:缺血性脑卒中患者重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂静脉溶栓后rPH与脑叶微出血和多发缺血灶相关。
