近日，在心脏病领域权威杂志Heart上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在调查意大利北部男性工作者中职业身体活动（OPA）和体育运动（SpPA）与冠心病（CHD）和心血管疾病（心血管疾病;冠心病加缺血性卒中）发病率之间的独立与相互作用长期相关性。

研究人员招募了3574名年龄在25-64岁的男性，基线时无CVD。Baecke问卷用于评估以“每周分钟数”衡量的中度或剧烈PA的OPA和SpPA。研究人员使用Cox模型估计了不同PA领域与终点之间的相关性，调整了主要CVD危险因素。

在中位随访14年期间，135例和174例参与者首发冠心病和心血管事件，合并致命性和非致命性疾病。与中等OPA三分位数相比，较低和较高OPA工人发生冠心病的风险比分别为1.66（95％可信区间为1.06-2.59）和1.18（0.72-1.94）（P=0.07）。随着SpPA水平的不断提高，CHD和CVD的发病率也呈下降趋势，中等/推荐SpPA相比于较差的SpPA参与者相比。CVD风险比为0.68（0.46-0.98）。研究人员也发现了SpPA-OPA之间的相互作用也具有显著的统计学意义，并且SpPA的保护作用仅在久坐的工作者才能被观察到。相反，中等/推荐SpA水平的高OPA工人与较差SpPA分类的参与者相比，CHD和CVD发生率也有所增加。
