司天梅教授：《抗精神病药长效针剂专家共识》的方法和内容

《抗精神病药长效针剂专家共识》

药物治疗

药物治疗是精神分裂症治疗中最为重要的手段，其中，长效针剂与口服药物相比，具有效果更为稳定的特点。长效针剂能够保持精神分裂症患者血药浓度稳定，减少病情的波动及复发，使患者得到规范，系统及稳定的治疗。目前，长效针剂在国外的使用已较为普遍，在国内却仍使用较少。

 

长效针剂是精神分裂症的一种重要治疗策略，且新近研究多，数据更新快。为了帮助临床医生更好更合理以及更规范的使用药物，CSP精神分裂症研究协作组的专家总结了国内外目前关于精神分裂症长效针剂治疗的临床研究结果和经验，编写成《抗精神病药长效针剂专家共识》（下称《共识》）。来自北京大学第六医院的司天梅教授为大家带来了《共识》编写方法和内容的解读。

 

《共识》预计将于2020年上半年正式出版，未来，《共识》将成为临床医生的“口袋工具书”,帮助我国医生在精神分裂症的临床诊疗中更好更合理更规范的使用药物。
