J Endod:剩余牙髓组织对牙髓-牙本质复合体再生的影响:一项体内调查

目前,对于实验动物牙髓坏死和根尖孔开放的牙齿实施牙髓血管再生治疗已经得到组织学证据:在根管内存在结缔组织生长、牙骨质和骨结构。这篇研究的目的是为了评估白鼬未发育成熟尖牙内存留部分未感染的根尖牙髓组织在实施了血管再生治疗后对牙髓-牙本质复合体再生的组织学疗效。

目前,对于实验动物牙髓坏死和根尖孔开放的牙齿实施牙髓血管再生治疗已经得到组织学证据:在根管内存在结缔组织生长、牙骨质和骨结构。这篇研究的目的是为了评估白鼬未发育成熟尖牙内存留部分未感染的根尖牙髓组织在实施了血管再生治疗后对牙髓-牙本质复合体再生的组织学疗效。

研究对7只雄性白鼬的28颗尖牙进行实验观察。7颗牙齿作为阳性对照不实施任何治疗。再7颗牙齿牙髓完全去除作为阴性对照,而剩余的14颗牙齿牙髓去除至根尖孔1-2 mm处(7 samples)或2-4 mm处(7 samples)。每颗牙齿均使用MTA覆盖血块至釉牙骨质界处。3个月后,样本切片进行组织学评估,并且数据通过chi-square检验进行统计学评估(P < .05)。

结果显示,所有完整摘除牙髓牙齿的根管内均出现骨结构。相对的,大部分牙髓切除至X线影像根尖孔的1-4 mm处的牙齿根管内充满正常牙髓,延申至冠部MTA处,并形成牙本质桥。

结论:基于此项结果,作者认为:当未发育完成牙齿保留完整的距根尖1-4 mm处牙髓时,牙髓-牙本质复合体的再生是完全有可能的。
