　《临床肿瘤学杂志》（Journal of Clinical Oncology）2月27日在线发表的一项研究表明，儿童高危急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）采用多柔比星治疗的心脏毒性，或可采用心肌肌钙蛋白T（cTnT）和N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）进行预测。

　　该研究受试者为儿童高危ALL患者，随机给予其多柔比星单药（n=100，75例可评估）或多柔比星联合右雷佐生治疗（n=105，81例可分析）。

　　研究在治疗开始前、治疗期间和治疗后，对患者进行了超声心动检查，并连续检测了患者血清中cTnT（心脏损伤生物标志物）、NT-proBNP（心肌病变生物标志物）和高敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP，炎症生物标志物）的浓度。

　　结果显示，初始治疗90天内，cTnT浓度升高与4年后左心室（LV）质量指数降低和LV舒张末期后壁厚度变小相关（P＜0.01）；NT-proBNP升高与LV厚度/内径比异常相关（P=0.01），提示LV重塑。

　　hsCRP浓度升高与超声心动图各参数无关。
