J Endod:牙髓再生中应用抗生素改变巨噬细胞对细菌感染的免疫反应

研究对巨噬细胞施以10-1000 μg/mL的环丙沙星与甲硝唑或阿莫西林与甲硝唑。施以刺激的巨噬细胞再施加脂多糖刺激,并通过酶联免疫吸附测定定量分析促炎症因子和抗炎症因子产物。将牙周成纤维细胞培养于通过这些巨噬细胞获得的条件培养基中,通过定量聚合酶链式反应检测ECM基因的表达。

结果显示,脂多糖导致巨噬细胞释放促炎症因子白细胞介素1b和肿瘤坏死因子a。此外,仅来源于施以环丙沙星和甲硝唑的巨噬细胞条件培养基能够缓解牙周成纤维细胞内微生物诱导的ECM基因表达下调。特别是,环丙沙星具有明显的抗菌反应。相反,在阿莫西林和甲硝唑联合应用中并未发现这些作用。

结论:除了根管系统的去感染,环丙沙星和甲硝唑的联合应用也能发挥一定的免疫调控作用,可以辅助尖周愈合。
