这篇研究的目的是通过micro-CT影像评估和比较WaveOne Gold (Dentsply/Tulsa Dental Specialties， Tulsa， OK)， TRUShape 3D Conforming File (Dentsply/Tulsa Dental Specialties)， EdgeCoil (EdgeEndo， Albuquerque， NM)和XP-3D Shaper (Brasseler USA， Savannah， GA)牙髓镍钛锉系统在椭圆形根管内的成形能力。研究选取32颗拔除的人椭圆形单根管牙齿作为研究对象，将牙齿去冠至釉牙骨质界上1 mm，使用micro-CT scanner (μCT100； Scanco Medical， Bassersdorf， Switzerland)进行扫描观察。将牙齿分为4组(n = 8)并按照厂家建议进行根管预备。整合根管预备前后影像以进行形态测定，评估表面积、体积、结构模型指数(SMI)、圆锥度差异，并通过厂家提供的检测软件(IPL Register， Scanco Medical)评估未接触根管壁的百分比。数据的
