这篇研究的目的是为了评估表面处理(包括等离子体)对2种上颌面硅胶与2种树脂在进行热循环与否的情况下对界面粘接强度的影响。研究整合2种不同的树脂(auto-polymerizing acrylic resin and light-curing urethane dimethacrylate resin [AR and LR, respectively]), 2种不同的硅胶(M511 and Z004), 老化(thermocycled/no thermocycling)和6种不同的表面处理(包括:抛光、磨光、抛光+argon等离子体、抛光+oxygen等离子体、磨光+argon等离子体和磨光+oxygen等离子体)共产生48个实验组(n=10)。通过原子力显微镜检测每个实验组样本表面的表面形态。表面处理后,使硅胶聚合。检测对照组和热循环组的表面粘接强度。原子力显微镜检测结果显示,磨光样本表面形态不规则。抛光样本界面粘接强度明显高于磨光样本。等离子体的应用能够明显改善硅胶和树脂之间的粘接强度。原始出处:Güngör MB, Nemli SK, et al.
