Dent Mater J:含锌脱敏剂对菌斑生物膜形成和根部牙本质脱矿的抑制作用

这篇研究的目的是为了比较1种全新的含锌的Caredyne Shield脱敏剂(CS)与氟铝硅酸钙类纳米级脱敏剂(NS)对牙本质小管封闭、抑制变形链球菌(S. mutans)生物膜生长和抗细菌脱矿作用的效果。

这篇研究的目的是为了比较1种全新的含锌的Caredyne Shield脱敏剂(CS)与氟铝硅酸钙类纳米级脱敏剂(NS)对牙本质小管封闭、抑制变形链球菌(S. mutans)生物膜生长和抗细菌脱矿作用的效果。

研究使用此脱敏剂应用于牛牙本质上以模拟牙本质过敏反应,采用去离子水作为对照。在口腔生物膜模拟器中将S. mutans生物膜培养于每个样本的表面。

结果显示,CS细菌计数最少,其次为非水溶性葡聚糖,再次为NS。横断面显微X线影像结果显示,CS和NS组损伤处出现的脱矿和损伤深度明显减小。扫描电子显微镜结果显示,2种脱敏剂在牙本质表面均出现明显的沉积,并且牙本质小管封闭以及形成矿化标志物。
