强生CAR-T疗法JNJ-68284528获得了EMA的PRIME认证

强生公司近日宣布，欧洲药品管理局（EMA）已授予CAR-T疗法JNJ-68284528以PRIME认证，用于治疗晚期复发或难治性多发性骨髓瘤。该认定得到了I/II期LEGEND-2研究和Ib/II期CARTITUDE-1研究数据的支持。

强生公司近日宣布，欧洲药品管理局（EMA）已授予CAR-T疗法JNJ-68284528以PRIME认证，用于治疗晚期复发或难治性多发性骨髓瘤。该认定得到了I/II期LEGEND-2研究和Ib/II期CARTITUDE-1研究数据的支持。LEGEND-2试验结果显示，57例接受JNJ-68284528治疗的晚期复发或难治性多发性骨髓瘤患者，总体反应率为88％ ，包括74％的完全反应。该公司表示，CARTITUDE-1研究的数据将在未来发布。

多发性骨髓瘤（Multiple myeloma, MM）是一种浆细胞异常增生，致使侵犯骨髓的一种恶性肿瘤。多发性骨髓瘤一开始多半没有症状，若病情加重时，会有骨痛、感染、贫血等症状。
