Clinica Chimica Acta:多囊卵巢综合征相关的代谢改变----基于UPLC Q-Exactive的代谢组学研究

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的内分泌代谢紊乱综合征。卵泡液的代谢组学研究可以揭示与多囊卵巢综合征相关的潜在代谢途径。本研究的目的是探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者卵泡液中代谢物的变化。

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的内分泌代谢紊乱综合征。卵泡液的代谢组学研究可以揭示与多囊卵巢综合征相关的潜在代谢途径。本研究的目的是探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者卵泡液中代谢物的变化。

研究人员收集了35例PCOS患者和33例未患PCOS的对照组卵泡液样本,用UPLC Q-Exactive进行代谢组学分析。用KEGG和HMDB对鉴定的代谢物进行注释,以确定PCOS中代谢途径的干扰。基于回归模型,我们进行ROC分析,寻找卵泡液中PCOS的biomarker。

代谢组学分析发现PCOS中存在21种不同的代谢物,其中维生素B6代谢、苯丙氨酸代谢和肉碱合成是其主要的代谢改变途径。基于ROC分析,我们发现7β-hydroxycholesterol PCOS的潜在生物标志物。

本研究发现了多囊卵巢综合征滤泡液中的代谢改变和生物标志物,为多囊卵巢综合征的诊断和治疗提供了新的方法。
