思路迪医药获得海和药物两款镇痛新药AAT-076和grapiprant在中国的**权利

10月27日，思路迪医药与海和药物宣布，双方就海和药物的两款镇痛创新药RMX1001和RMX1002达成合作，思路迪医药将获得这两款新药在中国研发、生产和商业化的独家权利。根据新闻稿，这两款药物都有替

10月27日，思路迪医药与海和药物宣布，双方就海和药物的两款镇痛创新药RMX1001和RMX1002达成合作，思路迪医药将获得这两款新药在中国研发、生产和商业化的独家权利。根据新闻稿，这两款药物都有替代传统非甾体类抗炎药物、成为新型镇痛药物的潜力，并已在中国完成了1期临床研究。

RMX1001是新一代Cox-2抑制剂。相比于传统的非甾体类抗炎药物，RMX1001具备更好的安全性、耐受性和显著的镇痛特征。RMX1002是EP4受体拮抗剂，安全、起效快、且镇痛效果持续。此前，海和药物子公司诺迈西医药从日本AskAt公司获得了RMX1001和RMX1002在中国研发、生产和商业化的许可，并在中国完成了1期临床研究。

梅斯医学查阅资料发现，RMX1001在原公司被命名为AAT-076。RMX1002作为EP4 antagonist，又称为grapiprant，Grapiprant是一种新型,有效和选择性的前列腺素EP4受体拮抗剂,具有抗痛觉过敏特性。主要用于肿瘤，疼痛等的疾病。

AAT-076用于疼痛较塞来昔布等，具有一定的优势。
