N末端脑钠素前体肽(NT-proBNP)和半乳糖凝集素3是与缺血性卒中相关的重要生物标志物。但是,它们的组合的预测价值在先前的研究中尚未得到研究。

N末端脑钠素前体肽(NT-proBNP)和半乳糖凝集素3是与缺血性卒中相关的重要生物标志物。但是,它们的组合的预测价值在先前的研究中尚未得到研究。本研究旨在探讨NT-proBNP和半乳糖蛋白酶-3联合应用对缺血性脑卒中患者临床结局的影响。

这项研究共纳入了2694例同时测量血清NT-proBNP和galectin-3的患者(男性为63.62%;入院平均年龄= 62.4)。主要结果是卒中发作1年后死亡或严重残疾的综合结果。次要结局分别为死亡,严重残疾,血管事件以及血管事件或死亡的综合结果。根据NT-proBNP和galectin-3将参与者分为4组。计算奇数比(OR;无时间变量的非事件结果:主要结果,严重残疾)或危险比(HR;有时间变量的事件结果:死亡,血管事件以及血管事件或死亡的综合结果)进行评估NT-proBNP和galectin-3状态与不良结局的关系。

在1年的随访中,589名患者在中风发作后经历了主要结果。在调整潜在混杂因素后,高NT-ProBNP/高Galectin-3组与主要结果(OR:1.43;95%可信区间:1.0~2.00;P值=0.039)、死亡(HR:2.74;95%CI,1.42~5.29;P值=0.003)、血管事件或死亡的综合结果(HR:1.66;95%CI,1.0~2.58;P值=0.026)增加相关。4组间交互作用与主要结局或死亡的统计学检验均无显著性意义。

研究结果表明,同时升高NT-proBNP和Galectin-3显著增加缺血性卒中后1年临床预后不良的风险。NT-proBNP和Galectin-3联合使用可准确预测缺血性卒中的预后。
