在下颌有症状不可复性牙髓炎磨牙的牙髓治疗过程中，为获得成功的牙髓麻醉效果已有研究分析了多种麻醉方法。然而，目前为止，还缺乏对最安全有效干预方法的综合性评价和鉴定。这篇研究的目的是通过网络meta分析确定此项内容。研究搜寻了MEDLINE， Embase， Cochrane Central， CINAHL和Scopus数据库。并对研究的选择和数据提取进行重复筛查。选取适合的随机对照试验进行meta分析以评估治疗效果(odd ratios [ORs]； 95% credible interval (CrI)和表面下累积的等级曲线(SUCRA)。采用CINeMA软件(University of Bern， Bern， Switzerland)评估结果性质。结果显示，研究从46篇文献中鉴定出37种干预措施。与常规的2%利多卡因下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉相比，额外追加骨内麻醉的效果最佳，伴有较低至中等的置信度(2%利多卡因+术前非固醇类抗炎药[NSAIDs]+醋氨酚[OR = 74； 95% CrI， 15-470； SUCRA = 97%]， 2%利多卡因+术前NSAIDs [OR = 46； 95%
