由此可见，非晚期非缺血性HFrEF患者较低的CI与更严重的疾病严重程度相关。CI与全身铁稳态无关。应进一步探讨对EMBs进行CI测量的预后和治疗意义。

在实验模型中，心脏较低的铁水平会导致心力衰竭。虽然晚期射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HFrEF)患者心脏铁浓度(CI)降低，但非晚期HFrEF患者从未测量过CI。

最近，心血管领域权威杂志European Journal of Heart Failure上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员测量了非晚期HFrEF患者左心室(LV)心肌内膜活检(EMB)组织的CI，并探讨了CI与全身铁状态和疾病严重程度之间的关系。

研究人员招募了80例连续就诊的非缺血性HFrEF患者，纽约心脏功能分级为II级或III级，左室射血分数中位数(四分位范围)为25(18-33)%。CI为304(262-373)μg/g干燥的组织。CI与免疫组织学发现或EMBs中是否存在嗜心病毒基因组无关，也与全身性铁状态或贫血的生物标志物无关。CI最低四分位数(CIQ1)患者的体重指数较低，且较前3个四分位数(CIQ2-4)患者更常出现超过6个月的心衰病史。CIQ1患者血清B型利钠肽前体N末端水平高于CIQ2-4患者[3566 (1513-6412) vs. 1542 (526-2811) ng/L;P=0.005)。与CIQ2-4患者相比，CIQ1患者的左室舒张末期指数(P=0.001)和收缩末期直径指数(P=0.003)更高，左室舒张末期压力(P=0.046)也更高。

由此可见，非晚期非缺血性HFrEF患者较低的CI与更严重的疾病严重程度相关。CI与全身铁稳态无关。应进一步探讨对EMBs进行CI测量的预后和治疗意义。
