J Dent:使用不同表面条件复合树脂修复的体外生物膜形成情况分析

复合树脂(RBCs)的光固化过程所产生的界面条件会影响它们的表面特质以及材料的生物行为。这篇研究的目的是为了体外评估变形链球菌和混合口腔微生物菌落的生物膜形成在有或没有表面唾液预处理的条件下对不同表面固化条件的影响。

研究对2种混合纳米RBCs和4种界面固化条件(户外、氩、氮和甘油)进行评估。评估材料表面粗度(SR)、表面元素组成(energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry, EDS)和生物膜形成(变形链球菌和口腔微生态系)情况。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察材料表面。对表面施加唾液预处理与否的情况下进行微生物测试。在生物膜形成前后进行EDS分析,并通过激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)观察生物膜形态。数据通过multi-way ANOVA和Tukey post-hoc test进行统计学评估(p<0.05)。

RBC测试结果显示,界面固化条件显著影响SR。EDS分析显示,表面元素构成明显受到界面固化条件的影响。未进行唾液预处理时,在2个微生物模型中界面固化条件显著影响生物膜的形成,而唾液预处理却会消除此种效果。

结论:表面固化条件以材料依赖的模式显著影响生物膜的形成,而当表面施加唾液预处理时则会消除此种影响。

临床意义:甘油条件下的固化并不会改善测试RBCs的微生物性能。虽然这些结果还需要体内数据的验证,但是它们具有简化牙科修复操作程序的潜力。
