DEVOTE研究证实，在心血管高风险的2型糖尿病患者中德谷胰岛素具有与甘精胰岛素相似的心血管安全性，但德谷胰岛素在达到良好血糖控制的同时，严重低血糖及夜间严重低血糖风险显著下降。
