这篇研究的目的是在大鼠皮下植入实验用硅酸三钙类水门汀及20%氧化锆(TSC)和MTA Plus (MTAP； Avalon Biomed Inc， Bradenton， FL)，评估其所造成的炎症反应。研究将装有TSC (n = 20)和MTAP (n = 20)的聚乙烯管植入32只大鼠背部皮下组织。空管作为对照(对照组[CG]， n = 20)。在植入7， 15， 30和60天后，提取植入管及其周围组织，对炎症细胞及表达白细胞介素6 (IL-6)的细胞进行计数。数据通过方差分析及Tukey检验进行统计学评估(P ≤ .05)。结果显示，植入7天，炎症细胞及表达IL-6细胞的数量明显增加。7天时，TSC和MTAP的炎症细胞数量显著高于CG (P < .001)；而在30和60天后，TSC， MTAP和CG间未发现显著性差异(P = .955)。TSC， MTAP和CG在各个时间节点表达IL-6的细胞数量相似。另外，植入管临近TSC和MTAP处出现成纤维细胞及成束的胶原纤维。结论：TSC和MTAP会引起大鼠相似的皮下反应，表明它们具有良好的生物相容性并且表现出相似的免疫反应。原始出
