Clinica Chimica Acta：2型糖尿病患者血清CCN3水平升高与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和炎症有关

CCN3是一种新型的脂肪因子，目前已成为一种潜在的代谢调节剂。然而，关于CCN3在2型糖尿病(T2DM)中的作用尚不清楚。本研究首次测定了2型糖尿病患者血清CCN3水平，并探讨了其血清水平与人体各种代谢参数的关系。

本研究纳入219例新诊断的2型糖尿病(nT2DM)患者和205例健康对照者，按年龄和性别比例配对。测定循环CCN3 TNF-α,IL- 6和MCP-1 ELISA。所有受试者均进行人体测量评估和生化评估。对34名健康个体进行OGTT，研究CCN3与葡萄糖的关系。

研究结果显示，与健康对照组相比，nT2DM患者血清CCN3水平显著升高（6.71 [4.88,8.56]对4.51 [3.55,5.99] ng / ml，P <0.01）。血清CCN3与BMI，WC，FAT％，TG，FPG，2h-PG，HbA1c，FIns，HOMA-IR，hs-CRP和TNF-α，IL-6和MCP-1呈正相关，所有个体均为与HOMA-β呈负相关（P <0.05）。多元线性回归分析表明BMI，HOMA-IR，TNF-α和MCP-1与CCN3独立相关。多变量logistic回归分析表明CCN3与nT2DM相关。最后，用于预测nT2DM存在的CCN3的ROC曲线下面积（性别和年龄调整）为0.725（95％CI：0.676-0.773）。口服葡萄糖激发后，与0min相比，CCN3的循环水平没有明显变化（P> 0.05）。

因此，nT2DM中CCN3的升高支持CCN3可能作为与T2DM发病相关的风险因子的假设。原始出处：
