背景：对于识别和评价前列腺动脉(PAs)是前列腺动脉栓塞术(PAE)中的一大挑战。目前，MRA有助于显示Pas，但MRA临床应用目的尚不明确。本研究旨在评价对比增强MRA在识别PA及评价其在良性前列腺增生(BPH)进行PAE中的价值。

背景：对于识别和评价前列腺动脉(PAs)是前列腺动脉栓塞术(PAE)中的一大挑战。目前，MRA有助于显示Pas，但MRA临床应用目的尚不明确。本研究旨在评价对比增强MRA在识别PA及评价其在良性前列腺增生(BPH)进行PAE中的价值。

本研究共纳入了100例行PAE的BPH患者，根据PAE前有无行PAE随机分A、B两组。比较PA解剖在MRA与DSA中的表现。利用独立样本T检验和Wilcoxon等级符号检验比较影响PAE的指标。

结果为，100例男性患者平均年龄为72.0 years ± 11.8。以DSA为参考标准，MRA识别前列腺动脉的敏感性、阳性预测值分别为91.5% (97/106) 、100% (97/97)。在已知球管倾斜角度和解剖的情况下，B组手术时间要明显低于A组，曝光时间短于A组。另外，A组放射剂量要明显低于B组。

本研究表明，对比增强MRA能够准确显示前列腺动脉解剖位置，从而减少了前列腺动脉栓塞术时间及放射剂量。
