简要介绍：

质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitors，PPIs，又称胃H+/K+-ATP酶抑制剂）能够特异性和非竞争性地作用于H+/K+-ATP酶，阻断各种原因所致壁细胞泌酸的共同及最终环节，具有强力抑酸作用，是迄今抑酸作用最强的药物。临床广泛应用于胃、十二指肠溃疡以及胃-食管反流病、上消化道出血和卓-艾综合征（又称胃泌素瘤）等各种酸相关疾病的治疗及预防应激所致的胃黏膜损伤。但其在儿童中的应用目前仍缺乏合理使用依据，存在适应证不明确、用药剂量及疗程不规范等问题。为进一步提高儿科医生对PPIs用药合理性的认识，中华医学会儿科学分会临床药理学组、中华医学会儿科学分会消化学组、中国医药教育协会儿童用药临床评价分会、国家儿童医学临床研究中心（重庆）及《中国实用儿科杂志》编辑委员会组织相关专家联合制定本共识，为儿科PPIs临床合理使用提供依据和指导。
