1/3的腋温超过37.5℃的自发性ICH患者早期接受降温治疗可获得较好的结局。

近日，神经病学领域权威杂志Neurology上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在探讨脑出血(ICH)患者术后24小时内体温下降对血肿周围低密度影及预后的影响。

该回顾性研究以前瞻性注册数据库为基础，在1100例患者中，有795例患者符合所有纳入标准。研究人员记录了受试者前24小时的体温变化和血肿周围低密度影(PHHD)。体温高于37.5℃的患者使用抗高温药物治疗至少48小时。该研究的主要目的是明确体温变化、PHHD和3个月时患者预后之间的关系。

ICH术后24小时内体温下降可使术后获得较高的结局可能性增加11倍。在接受降温治疗的患者中，31.8%的患者出现体温下降，PHHD体积减少，且患者预后良好。

由此可见，1/3的腋温超过37.5℃的自发性ICH患者早期接受降温治疗可获得较好的结局。
