舒张功能不全的分级由计算E/A开始，
a. 如果 E/A＜0.8，考虑为舒张功能不全I级；
b. 如果 0.8＜E/A＜2，则进一步评估3个指标，为1.平均E/e’＞14, 2.三尖瓣反流速度（TR velocity）＞2.8m/s ，3.左心房容积指数（LA volume index）＞34ml/m2；如果这三个指标中的2项及以上为阳性，则提示左心压力升高，结合0.8＜E/A＜2，诊断为舒张功能不全II级，即假性正常化。
c. 如果 2＜E/A，结合左心压力升高的表现，诊断为舒张功能不全III级，即限制型充盈障碍
