Dent Mater J:次氯酸钠/羟乙磷酸联合和SmearOFF对纤维桩与牙本质推出粘接强度的影响

研究将48颗单根前磨牙按照桩空间冲洗方案的不同分为6组(n=8):生理盐水0.85%; 羟乙磷酸18% (HEBP); EDTA 17%; NaOCl 5.25%+EDTA 17%; NaOCl 2.5%/HEBP 9%联合; SmearOFF。每组2个样本通过CLSM进行评估。随后进行推出试验以及失败分析。

结果显示,EDTA在冠和中1/3具有最高的粘接强度,它在中1/3的粘接强度与生理盐水, HEBP和NaOCl/HEBP无显著性差异(p>0.05)。水门汀/牙本质的粘接失败较为突出(41.9%),并且各组间小管内荧光强度存在显著差异(p<0.05)。EDTA具有最高的粘接强度值和牙本质渗透性。
