Odontology:冠向复位瓣联合或不联合胶原基质进行根面覆盖对患者美学恢复的影响

本研究旨在评估冠向复位瓣(CAF)联合或不联合胶原基质(CMX)进行根面覆盖对患者微笑美学影响的差异。

本研究旨在评估冠向复位瓣(CAF)联合或不联合胶原基质(CMX)进行根面覆盖对患者微笑美学影响的差异。

纳入多个上牙龈退缩至少2mm,无邻面附着丧失和颈部磨损不超过1mm的患者,随机选择CAF联合CMX或单独CAF。采用微笑美学指数(SEI)来量化各治疗组在基线和治疗后12个月记录的微笑质量。此外,还计算了SEI的组间差异。

 

共有24名患者接受了治疗并进行了分析。基线时,测试组的平均牙龈退缩深度为2.3±0.7mm,对照组为2.6±1.0mm。1年后,CAF+CMX组剩余牙龈退缩量为0.3±0.4mm,对照组为0.6±0.3mm。测试组和对照组基线SEI分别为8.1±1.0和7.9±0.7。12个月时SEI的组间差异为0.4(95% C.I. - 0.0~0.8,P = 0.0697)。

 

综上所述,该研究结果表明,治疗12个月后,CAF+CMX与单用CAF的SEI相似,而胶原蛋白基质的辅助作用对微笑美学外观没有不同影响。
