这篇研究的目的是为了评估2种龈色分层树脂复合物与长石陶瓷涂层氧化锆的剪切粘接强度。研究将空气颗粒摩擦的陶瓷镀层氧化锆盘片施以以下底漆处理:Clearfil Photo Bond, Clearfil Photo Bond with Clearfil Porcelain Bond Activator (CPB+Activator), Estenia Opaque Primer, Porcelain Liner M Liquid B (PLB)或未进行底漆处理。将光聚合(CER)或照/热聚合龈色间接树脂复合物(EST)粘接于每组陶瓷镀层的氧化锆盘片上(n=11)。检测剪切粘接强度。结果显示,对于CER和EST样本来说,CPB+Act组的粘接强度显著高于其他各组。在所有涂布底漆组中,EST样本的粘接强度明显高于CER样本。磷酸单体和硅烷的联合使用能够增强光聚合和照/热聚合龈色分层树脂复合物与陶瓷镀层氧化锆陶瓷的初始粘接强度。原始出处:Fushiki R, Komine F, et al.
