很多男人在射精的时候喜欢观察自己的精液情况，精液越多也越喜欢在床上对女伴吹嘘自己的性能力，似乎精液的多少说明了精子的质量和受孕的几率，其实，这是一种误解! 男科专家指出：通过观察精液量来推测身体的健康状况是有道理的，但仅凭肉眼观察误差较大，接诊这样的患者时，我都会首先建议他们做一个精液常规检查，准确地计量精液量和精子质量。 精液由精子和精浆组成，精子约占5%，精浆约占95%。精

男科专家指出：通过观察精液量来推测身体的健康状况是有道理的，但仅凭肉眼观察误差较大，接诊这样的患者时，我都会首先建议他们做一个精液常规检查，准确地计量精液量和精子质量。

精液由精子和精浆组成，精子约占5%，精浆约占95%。精子在睾丸中产生，在附睾中成熟并储存。精浆中60%是精囊液，30%是前列腺液，还有一些附睾液和尿道球腺液等。性生活时，精子随着输精管的节律运动被输送到尿道的前列腺部，在这里混入前列腺液和精囊液。当这里的精液量逐渐增加到一定值时，随着盆底肌肉的一系列收缩，精液就被射出体外。


在医学上，一次射精的正常量为2—6毫升。精液量小于0.5毫升为无精液症;小于2毫升为少精液症;多于6毫升为多精液症。

精液过多是好是坏?

精液过多，多为精浆分泌过多引起的，要考虑精囊腺、前列腺等附属性腺的功能亢进。精液量增加，这时候精子密度降低，并且有大量精子随精液从女性阴道溢出，也会大大影响女性受孕几率。同时，受炎症等病理因素的影响，精子的活动能力会降低，对生育也没有好处。因此，精液也并非越多越好。


精液过少必须检查!

然而，如果数日、数周甚至更长时间都未排精，首先要排除性生活频率过高。禁欲后而精液量仍少于每次1.5毫升，即为精液过少。这种精液过少会导致精液不能充分中和阴道中的酸性分泌物，影响精子的存活能力，不能维持精子的足够营养，从而影响精子的活动，导致男子不育。有这个问题的男性，可能出现了生殖系统感染、结核病、淋病、睾丸功能异常、内分泌紊乱、尿道狭窄等疾病，最好做精液检查，并且应在检查前5—7天内禁止性交，避免遗精。

其实，男性性功能与年龄、雄激素和雌激素水平、体力和精神状态等因素有关，与精液量并没有直接关联，而怀孕的几率在于双方，精子的质量的重要性要远远大于数量，所以生活中我们一定要健康生活，不做危害下一代的事，健康的体魄才是和伴侣能够天长地久的最基本保证。
