JAHA:体育活动量和方式与动脉僵硬度之间的关联

高强度体育活动与较低的颈动脉至股动脉脉搏波速度有关,但定期活动者与周末或兼职时参加剧烈运动者之间没有差异。

动脉僵硬是血管疾病的独立危险因素,体育锻炼具有益处。但是,目前尚不清楚身体活动方式与动脉僵硬存在如何的关联。近日,心血管疾病领域权威杂志JAHA上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员旨在评估高强度体育活动的数量和模式与动脉僵硬度之间的关系。

研究人员使用了来自马斯特里赫特研究的数据(n=1699;平均年龄为60±8岁,49.4%为女性,26.9%为2型糖尿病患者)。通过颈动脉至股动脉脉搏波速度和颈动脉扩张性评估了动脉僵硬度。研究人员使用activPAL3评估了高强度体育锻炼的量(连续变量,为h/wk)和模式(分类变量)。体力活动程度分为:不活动(<75分钟/周)、活动不足(75-150分钟/周)、周末或兼职时参加剧烈运动(≤2次,>150分钟/周)和定期活动(≥3次,≥150分钟/周)。

在完全调整的模型(对人口统计学指标、生活方式和心血管危险因素进行调整)中,高强度的体育活动与较低的颈动脉-股脉搏波速度相关(量:β=-0.05、95%CI为-0.09至-0.01;活动不足:β=-0.33,95%CI为-0.55至-0.11;周末或兼职时参加剧烈运动:β=-0.38,95%CI为-0.64至-0.12;定期活动:β=-0.46,95%CI为-0.71至-0.21[对照组为不活动者])。这些关联在2型糖尿病患者中更显著。高强度体育锻炼与颈动脉可扩张性之间的关联无统计学意义。

由此可见,高强度体育活动与较低的颈动脉至股动脉脉搏波速度有关,但定期活动者与周末或兼职时参加剧烈运动者之间没有差异。从动脉僵硬的角度来看,无论每周进行哪种运动,从事高强度体育锻炼可能是降低心血管疾病风险的重要策略,尤其是2型糖尿病患者。
