许多研究已经调查了肠道屏障损伤和特应性皮炎(AD)发病之间的关系。肠道微生物群对于维持宿主的生理平衡和免疫调节至关重要。本研究旨在确定益生菌对AD患者的临床症状、免疫反应和肠道微生物群的影响,研究结果已发表于Eur J Nutr。

研究纳入109名患者,随机分为4组:安慰剂组、低聚糖组、双歧杆菌CCFM16组和植物乳杆菌CCFM8610组。在实验结束时,评估了血清学指标、SCORAD和DLQI指数。对16S核糖体RNA基因的V3-V4区进行测序,以评估肠道微生物群的变化。使用线性判别分析(LDA)效应大小研究微生物生物标志物,PICRUSt被用来根据16S信息预测基因家族丰度。

 

结果显示,CCFM8610可显著降低SCORAD指数,并提高血清IL-10的水平。辅以CCFM8610和CCFM16能显著影响α-多样性,增加类杆菌的比例,并降低F/B比率。CCFM8610处理下调了涉及金黄色葡萄球菌感染的肠道微生物群的功能基因,并上调了类固醇激素的生物合成。

综上,该研究结果表明,SCORAD指数下降与CCFM8610治疗之间存在正相关关系,CCFM8610调节AD患者的免疫反应。CCFM8610治疗影响了肠道微生物群的组成和功能变化。总之,植物乳杆菌 CCFM8610对AD患者发挥了菌株特异性的改善作用。
