这篇研究的目的是为了评估去龋后使用硅酸钙粘固剂(Biodentine)实施直接盖髓术的治疗效果。

研究对226名患者诊断为健康或存在自发痛的245颗牙齿实施直接盖髓治疗。牙齿在治疗后的0.19至7.4年间(mean 2.3±2.04)进行复查。记录以下数据：患者的年龄和性别、牙齿的类型和修复方式(玻璃离子[GIC]， 银汞， 复合树脂， 瓷， 金)和治疗前后的症状。通过敏感性测试和叩诊以及患者的调查问卷评估疗效。敏感性测试阳性、叩诊阴性、无肿胀和不适被认为是治疗成功。采用Kaplan-Meier， log-rank， Chi-square和Fisher's exact检验对结果进行统计学评估。

结果显示，在平均治疗后的2.3年，有86.0%的牙齿保持活力；7.4年后的存留率为83.4%。与其它修复材料相比，使用GIC充填窝洞的治疗效果更差(p <0.05)。其它评估因素对治疗成功率没有明显影响(p >0.05)。

结论：无症状有活力和治疗前有自发痛的恒牙牙髓暴露后使用Biodentine实施直接盖髓的疗效较好。随后使用GIC进行窝洞充填并不适合，因其显著降低治疗的成功率。

临床意义：使用此种类型的硅酸钙粘固剂可以成功实施直接盖髓治疗。
