据英国《独立报》报道，新的研究表明，肥胖不仅导致糖尿病、高血压以及其他健康风险，高脂肪饮食还可能导致嗅觉失灵。研究者连续给小鼠吃了6个月的高脂肪食物，并训练它们建立对不同食物的味觉感知。他们发现，那些饮食健康的小鼠很快就能建立起食物与味觉之间的联系，而那些过于肥胖小鼠的学习速度要慢很多。这篇发表在《神经科学》杂志上的研究还发现，那些超重小鼠仅有50%用来分辨气味的神经细胞。 原始出处：Thi
