研究纳入了之前曾使用Resilon或牙胶进行治疗但根管未愈合并且需要再治疗的患者。基于通路的建立,将之前的充填材料分为降解或完整。充填材料降解的指标为:根管内缺乏密实的材料而使15号K锉可以直达工作长度。

结果显示,2种材料降解的比例存在显著性差异,二变量分析显示,Resilon降解的可能性明显高于牙胶(P = .0003)。

结论:这篇临床观察研究显示,与牙胶相比,在未愈合病例中Resilon降解的比例更高。
