非细菌性血栓性心内膜炎(NBTE)是抗磷脂综合征(APS)的一种潜在并发症，表现为一个或多个心脏瓣膜的非感染性病变。可以告知临床医生哪些APS患者可以从超声心动图筛查中获益的工具十分有限。近日，血栓和凝血疾病权威杂志Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在检验一个假设，即NBTE患病率和发病率的风险与APS实验室检查的阳性结果数直接相关。

在这项单中心回顾性队列研究中，研究人员通过检索了电子数据库确定在明尼苏达州梅奥诊所(1993年1月1日-2016年6月26日)就诊的APS患者。研究人员受试者的人口统计学数据、临床表现、超声心动图特征、实验室检查结果和生存数据进行了详细分析。

在研究期间，611名患者符合APS的诊断标准，386名患者(63%)接受了超声心动图检查。其中58人(15%)被发现患有NBTE。相比于于单阳性患者(5.7%，p<0.001)，双阳性(19.4%)和三阳性(27.0%)患者发生NBTE更为常见。实验室检查超过1个阳性结果的患者无NBTE诊断生存期明显缩短(p<0.01)。Cox‐比例风险分析表明，如果实验室检查超过1个阳性结果，APS患者更有可能被诊断为NBTE (RR为20.1；95%CI为1.3-316.6；p<0.03)。

由此可见，APS患者的NBTE患病率很高(15%)。对于实验室结果为双阳性或三阳性的患者，这种疾病的患病率尤其高。
