芽孢杆菌属（Bacillus）细菌是一类广泛存在的革兰氏阳性菌，其中诸如炭疽芽孢杆菌（B. anthracis）、蜡样芽孢杆菌杆菌（B. cereus）、短小芽孢杆菌（B. pumilus）、苏云金芽孢杆菌（B. thuringiensis，Bt）等为人类、动物、植物或昆虫的病原菌。噬菌体为细菌病毒，它和其编码的裂解酶在细菌性病害的防治中有着巨大的应用前景。同时，在工业发酵中，Bt噬菌体的污染

芽孢杆菌属（Bacillus）细菌是一类广泛存在的革兰氏阳性菌，其中诸如炭疽芽孢杆菌（B. anthracis）、蜡样芽孢杆菌杆菌（B. cereus）、短小芽孢杆菌（B. pumilus）、苏云金芽孢杆菌（B. thuringiensis，Bt）等为人类、动物、植物或昆虫的病原菌。噬菌体为细菌病毒，它和其编码的裂解酶在细菌性病害的防治中有着巨大的应用前景。同时，在工业发酵中，Bt噬菌体的污染可导致工业发酵的重大减产。

近年来，中国科学院武汉病毒研究所高梅影研究员学科组在芽孢杆菌噬菌体研究领域取得了系列研究成果。其团队完成了来源于苏云金芽孢杆菌的第一株长尾噬菌体科噬菌体BtCS33的基因组测序和分析（PloS One 2012 7(5)： e37557）；探索了BtCS33产生的裂解酶在防治炭疽芽孢杆菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌中的应用潜力（BMC Microbiology 2012 12:297）；首次采用比较蛋白质组学，研究了噬菌体BtCS33的宿主菌CS33对噬菌体侵染的应答反应，并发现了BtCS33通过掠夺宿主菌生命活动系统中的一些组分来完成其自身复制过程的机制（Journal of Proteomics, 2014 101:192-204）；分析了BtCS33和另一株Bt长尾噬菌体科噬菌体phiCM3的进化关系，并揭示了该类噬菌体基因组的差异进化现象（Journal of General Virology 2014 95:751-761）；开展了生姜根茎腐烂病病原菌短小芽孢杆菌的噬菌体研究工作，首次发现噬菌体编码的质粒分离系统相关蛋白调节噬菌体假溶源现象的机制，并研究了噬菌体疗法在防治短小芽孢杆菌导致的生姜病害中的应用潜力。近日，该成果在线发表于应用微生物学研究领域重要刊物Applied and Environmental Microbiology（doi:10.1128/AEM.02889-14）。

上述系列研究得到了转基因生物新品种培育重大专项，国家自然科学基金和中科院重点部署项目等课题的支持。
