J Endod：对金属桩牙齿近远中向垂直性根裂的诊断：应用CBCT过滤器的影响效果

这篇研究的目的是为了评估CBCT在不同分辨率下应用过滤器的效果。所获取的CBCT影响用来诊断金属桩牙齿的近远中向垂直性根裂(VRFs)。研究选取40颗进行牙髓治疗的牙齿，其中20颗应用金属桩。10颗未打桩牙齿和10颗打桩牙齿在近远中方向检查出VRF。样本在像素为0.25和0.30 mm下分别进行根尖周X线片和CBCT检查。为了减小金属制品对CT影像的影响，牙齿在应用过滤器("灵敏"和"增强")与否的情况下进行观察和评估。影像由2名可以鉴别VRF存在的放射科学家进行评估。使用方差分析和t检验检测不同变量的精确度值(受者作用特征曲线)。结果显示，影像在应用过滤器与否之间未发现明显差异(P > .05)。影像在0.25-mm像素下可获得更多的准确性(P < .05)。金属桩的存在会减弱对于VRF诊断的准确性(P < .05)，并且CBCT影像要优于根尖周X线片(P < .05)。结论：金属桩的存在和像素大小会影响VRF的诊断。尽管金属制品的结构与金属核相关联，但是应用过滤器并不会改善诊断效果。而对于近远中向的VRF，CBCT影像要优于根尖周X线片。原始出处：De Ma
