J Craniofac Surg：多向颅骨牵张成骨术治疗颅缝早闭症的研究进展

在2003年至2017年期间，45名颅缝早闭患者接受了MCDO治疗前颅重建。患者年龄为8至72个月（平均：23.9个月，中位数：13个月）。所涉及的缝合线包括14名患者的双重缝合，4名患者的单根缝合，14名患者的矢状缝合，2名患者的多发性缝合以及10名患者的多次缝合。

结果显示，40名患者的颅骨形状得到改善。在1名患者中，术中大量出血迫使我们在完成计划的截骨术之前完成手术。3例患者在激活期发生短暂性脑脊液漏，但保守治疗后恢复。平均输血量为25.5 mL/kg。牵张阶段为7至17天（平均10.6天），巩固期为16至67天（平均32.4天）。7例患者发生牵引器松动，导致2例患者矫正不足，19例患者发生锚钉松动，导致7例患者拔除器械加速。

多向颅骨牵引成骨是有效的，并且与传统手术相比具有几个优点。因此，作者得出结论，MCDO将是所有颅缝早闭表型的有用替代方案。
