这篇研究的目的是为了比较和评估采用ProTaper Next (PTN [Dentsply Maillefer， Ballaigues， Switzerland])， OneShape (OS [MicroMega， Besançon， France])和EdgeFile (EF [Edge Endo， Albuquerque， NM]) rotary系统预备上颌磨牙近颊根管时移除根管牙本质的量以及发生根尖偏移的情况。

研究采用了27颗上颌磨牙的近中根管作为实验对象。按照根管预备系统的不同随机分为3组：PTN， EF X3， or OS (n = 9 for each group)。采用micro-CT影像检测根尖偏移(mm)和牙本质去除的量(mm3)。检测冠部和整个根管全长牙本质去除的量。通过术前和术后根尖横断面影像的重叠评估距离根尖1 mm处的根尖偏移情况；采用Kruskal-Wallis和Wilcoxon analysis检验评估显著性差异。采用Spearman correlation coefficient分析每组变量间的关系。显著性水平设置为P < .05。

结果显示，各组间冠部和整个根管全长牙本质去除量的百分比均相似(P > .05)。PTN， OS和EF X3发生根尖偏移的平均距离分别为0.197， 0.263和0.218 mm。同样，3种旋转器械发生根尖偏移的程度无显著性差异。

结论：PTN， OS和EF X3旋转器械在冠1/3和整个根管全长中去除牙本质的量相似。尽管根尖扩大的大小存在差异，但任何一种预备系统均未发生根尖偏移。
