新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情给人民身心健康带来了严重威胁,对新冠肺炎的全面认识,从预防-临床-康复(护理)三个环节缺一不可。中国康复医学会康复护理专委员会联合中国心肺康复护理专委会组织相关专家制订了《新型冠状病毒肺炎患者康复护理工作指导意见》,内容包括:康复护理管理、康复护理原则、康复护理中的训练指导、心理及营养康复护理指导等几个方面。康复护理管理主要从院内感染管理、区域安全管理、患者/陪护管理、预警机制管理等方面提出的具体要求,在新冠肺炎康复护理工作中要加强院内感染管理,严格执行标准预防和病区消毒隔离管理要求,建立预警报告机制,加强住院患者和陪护的管理;康复护理原则强调的是呼吸功能、肢体功能、心肺功能康复护理的指导原则;康复护理中的训练指导主要从呼吸功能、肢体功能、心肺功能康复训练方法进行具体指导,要因地制宜、因人而宜地开展呼吸康复指导训练,以帮助患者改善肺通气,提高肺功能,恢复体能和心理调整,增强活动能力,最大程度地恢复日常生活活动能力、提高生活质量,早日回归家庭和社会;心理及营养康复主要从自我心理状态评估、心理问题干预、营养康复护理等进行具体指导,强调要根据患者的个体情况开展心理、营养康复指导。该指导意见对加强新冠肺炎患者康复护理工作的科学性管理及规范性指导患者呼吸功能康复训练,具有重要的指导意义。
