2021年8月，欧洲医学真菌学联盟(ECMM)联合国际人类和动物真菌学学会(ISHAM)共同发布了地方性真菌病的诊断和管理指南。地方性真菌病（芽生菌病、球孢子菌病、emergomycosis、组织胞浆菌病、类球孢子菌病、孢子丝菌病、talaromycosis）的全球负担逐年增加，相关病原体的管理需要彻底了解流行病学、危险因素、不同患者的诊断以及特有的治疗方法。本文主要针对地方性真菌病的诊断和管理提供指导建议。
