反复呼吸道感染( ＲＲTIs) 是儿童常见临床现象。其原因有多种，除感染相关因素还可能涉及免疫系统与呼吸系统等基础疾病。2016 年国内多学科专家制订了ＲＲTIs 临床诊治路径，对临床医生及时发现ＲＲTIs 并针对各种病因给予有效的临床诊疗有很大帮助。随着医学的不断发展，近5 年来，对ＲＲTIs 又有了一些新的认识和见解。因此，有必要对2016 年制订的《反复呼吸道感染临床诊治路径》进行更新。
