缺铁性贫血

普通外科患者在围手术期常见缺铁性贫血，缺铁性贫血会增加围手术期并发症发生率和病死率。围手术期及时诊断及治疗缺铁性贫血有助于改善患者临床转归，减轻医疗负担。围手术期缺铁性贫血管理的措施包括熟悉贫血的诊断

简要介绍：

普通外科患者在围手术期常见缺铁性贫血，缺铁性贫血会增加围手术期并发症发生率和病死率。围手术期及时诊断及治疗缺铁性贫血有助于改善患者临床转归，减轻医疗负担。围手术期缺铁性贫血管理的措施包括熟悉贫血的诊断及分级，监测患者血红蛋白，治疗贫血病因，营养支持，补充铁剂，实施限制性输血策略，应用促红细胞生成素，自体血回输等。本共识推荐通过多学科合作，诊断和治疗普通外科患者围手术期的缺铁性贫血。
