近视是临床常见眼病之一，现代医学认为近视是眼在调节放松状态下，平行光线经眼球屈光系统后聚焦在视网膜之前^[1]。中医学称之为“目不能远视”“能近怯远症”，以远距视物模糊、近距视物清晰、常移近所视目标，且眯眼视物为主要临床表现^[2]。随度数不断升高，会出现一系列并发症，甚者致盲，如青光眼、白内障、黄斑病变等，严重影响国民健康素质。
