简要介绍：

随着延迟分娩、高龄孕妇的增多，以及辅助生殖技术的广泛应用，多胎妊娠的发生率逐年上升。双胞胎出生率从1980年的19‰到2006年的32‰增长了近70%。双胎妊娠是围产儿死亡与发病的高危因素之一。2009年，单胎妊娠的死胎发生率为5‰，而双胎妊娠死胎发生率为12‰，三胎以及三胎以上的多胎妊娠死胎发生率为31‰。多胎妊娠在孕37周前早产发生率高达60%，早产可致新生儿死亡风险（多胎妊娠中有65%新生儿死于早产，而单胎妊娠中有43%新生儿死于早产）及远期发病率增加。当然，分娩孕周越小，上述并发症越多。此外，双胎妊娠较单胎妊娠更容易发生母体与胎儿的并发，因此，双胎妊娠发生医源性早产的几率更高。其中，单绒毛膜双胎比双绒毛膜双胎更易发生医源性早产。超声检查对胎儿生长径线、解剖结构、多普勒血流速度测量及羊水量的评估可用于监测与鉴别可疑不良妊娠结局的双胎妊娠，如双胎输血综合征（TTTS）与胎儿生长受限（FGR）。像单胎妊娠一样，以无并发症的双胎妊娠为参考，通过比较胎儿生长径线与多普勒血流速度参数的方法来识别双胎妊娠中的胎儿生长受限。
