欧洲Tourette 综合征和其他抽动障碍临床指南（ECAP 期刊，2011 年）的第二部分为抽动障碍患者的心理干预提供了最新信息和建议，由欧洲Tourette 综合征研究学会的一个工作组创建（ ESSS)。进行了系统的文献检索，以获取自最初的欧洲临床指南发布以来发表的关于抽动障碍心理干预的原始研究。使用计算机化搜索 MEDLINE 和 PsycINFO 数据库 2011-2019 和手动搜索 2019-2021 确定相关研究。根据临床共识，无论症状严重程度如何，都建议将心理教育作为初始干预措施。根据系统的文献搜索，发现了习惯逆转训练 (HRT) 的大多数证据，主要是扩展包全面性抽动行为干预 (CBIT)。也发现了暴露和反应预防 (ERP) 的证据，但由于研究较少，因此确定性低于 HRT/CBIT。目前，不建议将认知干预和第三波干预作为抽动障碍的独立治疗方法。目前正在评估几种新的治疗交付形式，其中 HRT/CBIT 的视频会议交付具有迄今为止最多的证据。总而言之，当单独的心理教育不足时，建议将 HRT/CBIT 和 ERP 作为抽动障碍的一线干预措施。作为临床指南制定的一部分，ESSTS 成员和其他抽动障碍专家对抽动障碍心理干预的偏好、使用和可用性进行了调查。
