1986年,Brandt和Dieterich通过对已发现非眩晕性头晕病例的研究,提出了恐惧性姿势性眩晕(Phobic postual vertigo, PPV)的概念。

简要介绍：

1986年,Brandt和Dieterich通过对已发现非眩晕性头晕病例的研究,提出了恐惧性姿势性眩晕(Phobic postual vertigo, PPV)的概念[1]。2007年,Staab和Ruckenstein确定了这一组综合征的核心症状与概念,将其命名为慢性主观性头晕(Chronic subjective dizziness, CSD)[2, 3]。二者有着不同的侧重点,PPV强调的是与诱发因素相关的姿势改变,而CSD强调的是视觉刺激诱发的头晕和持续不稳感的症状。
