鼻出血

鼻出血(epistaxis)是耳鼻咽喉科最常见的急症之一，轻者仅表现为涕中带血，重者可导致失血性休克。儿童鼻出血病因复杂，且与季节、气候变化及各种鼻炎有明显相关性。

简要介绍：

鼻出血(epistaxis)是耳鼻咽喉科最常见的急症之一，轻者仅表现为涕中带血，重者可导致失血性休克。儿童鼻出血病因复杂，且与季节、气候变化及各种鼻炎有明显相关性。虽然大多数儿童鼻出血呈现自限性且病情较轻，但常引起父母焦虑，约10%的鼻出血患儿家庭生活质量受到显著影响。
